Borgo Rosso di Sera's cuisine celebrates Mediterranean roots with a journey through millennia-old flavors and traditions. Greek and Latin influences intertwine with Arab, Norman, Spanish and French ones, resulting in authentic gastronomy revisited with a contemporary twist.

The Oven "The Sunset"



Our white art comes from fine stone-ground flours, wheat, kamut and multigrain, masterfully processed in the pizza-making tradition. By baking in a wood-fired oven and using organic ingredients, our pizzas give off an authentic and irresistible flavor.

In addition to pizza, we churn out delights of Calabrian bread-making: crispy taralli, frisella, and "pitta," a rustic bread perfect for pairing with local specialties such as caciocavallo silano, peppers, and artisanal cured meats

In our wine cellar you will find a careful selection of fine wines, from the best Calabrian producers to the most renowned national and foreign labels.
In an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, you can taste excellent cheeses, cured meats, preserves and typical specialties, letting yourself be guided on an enological journey that celebrates the bond between land, passion and tradition.
